Restaurant
The Restaurant « A l’Echevin » proposes famous gastronomic meals. Our Chef prepares tradional French Cuisine with regional food, fresh lobster and fish.
It’s a just a hop to the restaurant down by the water ; they are the special charme of this house. The different Rooms of the Restaurant « Roesselmann », « J.S. Bach » and the terrace outside are situated directly on the river side.

The dining-rooms on the edge of the water will provide you with a marvellous setting where you can enjoy your meal to the sound of classical music, by candlelight.
Our Kitchen Chef has a watchword : to satisfy both gourmets and gourmands.
